What are the options available for collateral-free loans? I need it for starting a small business.

There are some govt schemes like MSME. PGMEP scheme being the latest one but most of the banks are saying no to give PGMEP loan to the consumers. I don't know why

Did you open a current account for your business or not?

You can opt for mudra loan, pm svanidhi Or any such govt backed loans. But keep in mind that in loan like mudra, since it is collateral free, you may have to pay premiun for the gurantee that govt provides every year.
