Cred cash related - not able to withdraw

I am not able to withdraw cred cash from app, it is not allowing me to withdraw money for last 2 years, in march 2024 I paid all my emi which was running from cred but even after that I am not able to withdraw the amount, my limit is 2 lac which is showing in cibil report also, i also talked with customer support but they are saying due to technical issue your are not able to withdraw, but in my friend circle all have option to withdraw the amount, also customer care is saying they are working on this for infinite time, so is is good to close this ? But after closing they saying you will. Ot be able to use this service in future as well. My limit is approved from idfc first bank, So little confused whether to close it or wait. Anyone else is facing this kind of isse from cred ?

are you using the cred app?
If yes then this cred cash must be used in some transactions not in withdrawing.

That is cashback amount, Cred is also giving credit line with name of cred cash.
