Hey everyone,
On 16 September 2024, I have applied for the Credilio credit card.
I have properly completed all the documentation process, then created a fixed deposit for ₹5000. After that I received the link to complete my online KYC. I have successfully completed the KYC also.
Since when it has been more than 4 days and I haven't received any update from SBM Bank, neither on my app nor on my mail.
When I call the Bank or the Credilio customer care, they say that they have raised the request, but they are not providing me an satisfactory reply.
Yesterday also I have mailed the SDM Bank regarding this issue, but now they have closed my complaint, stating "Your previous complaint is still in progress so we are closing this one and working on that.
I am attaching some proof also, PLEASE HELP ME !!!
