What are the safe and possible way to pay visa/master credit card bill from Rupay Credit card?
What are pros and Cons on that?
Is it safe to do such practice?

u can't pay cc to cc without doing something that is not allowed.. + will have some charges

Not aware of any there may be some. However, it is not recommended to do such things as you Rupay CC may just get blocked by card issuing bank for non genuine transactions and further be treated as commercial transactions.

There is no active way to pay credit card to credit card till you don't have ANQ and GOSATS prepaid card

are u saying that u can pay a cc bill using anq prepaid card? and that it can be loaded by a cc?? pls recheck the facts

It might work, but you've to pay extra. 2-5%. So not worth it.
