Credit card emi repayment

Hello , I convert my outstanding bill of credit card into emi , my outstanding bill is of amount 50,000 . So can I make extra payment apart from emi so I can close it soon . ??? Like as I earn more I’ll directly make repayment eg - emi per month 2000 Rs but I make payment of 3000 Rs

Even if you make payment over and over your EMI that will not be adjusted against your existing loan due until and unless you call the customer care and get your EMI amount increased formally.
