on amazon.. try it.. if u r prime user it is even easier.. do you have a credit score? apay is not available offline in most places.. only on Amazon..

JUST OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK AND WAIT FOR 6 MONTH THEY OFFER YOU AMAZON PAY CARD.
