No I am not earning! I am a student persuing BTech. I'll do online transaction and Bill payment most of time and fuel also

I don't think you will get approval for most of the credit cards either because of no income or because your age is less than 21 years.
Your only option is to go for an FD-backed credit card.

What do you think about amazon pay icici credit card or Tata neu?

For Tata Neu CC, you need to be at least 21 years old and need a monthly salary of 25k and above. It's mentioned on the HDFC site.
You can try for Amazon Pay ICICI CC as there is no proper mention of eligibility criteria on the ICICI site. But, I think even this requires a monthly salary of 25k and above.

Try one card . Also you can try flipkart axis Bank credit card , but it will depend on your luck
