Sir mai lock down se hdfc credit card k bill nhi paid kiya kyuki unhone 15000 rs bill mein charges lgakar 40000,50000 rs bill bna diya hai ab kehte hai settlement krlo 15000rs mein.mai settlement nhi chahta ho full charges bhi paid nhi kr skta kya kru?

you have to clear bill payment because fault is from your side.. just pay basic amount in single shot, then pay remaining amount by taking personal loan.
it's difficult for you go for loan option because your CIBIL is highly affected due to non-payment and it can be sanctioned from banks after 6-8 months. Make arrangement from any of your relative for the purpose, then pay off it in EMIs...

They are giving you small period because your liability is lower in banking context. that's why 3 months, try to convince them for 6 or 9 months. They can't give you more than that.
