Credit Card Payment

I made a payment of 10000 from my HDFC account debit card on SBIUNIPAY portal for ICICI credit card on 04.01.2025. I received message deduction of amount form the HDFC account but the payment in not reflecting in Credit card. When I checked on SBIUNIPAY portal transaction history, no such entry is shown their. I contacted ICICI customer care, they are saying to contact HDFC bank and when I contact HDFC bank they are saying to contact ICICI bank. What to do now??
