Simple way is load amazon pay wallet or mobikwik wallet and pay with amazon wallet upi or mobikwik wallet upi.

But wallet load charges are 2.95 or 3 %
If u have millenia debit card it gives 1% cashback on wallet loads upto 40000.
Idfc credit card can be used to pay other banks credit card .charges not sure .

Few days back a bug was working and I have not checked since if it is working or not now. If you add money in Payzapp wallet using Axis Airtel or AU bank credit card it was considering that at debit card and hence was not taking any charge. And then using Snapay app BBPS (Does not have all the BBPS enabled bank so please check the list first) one can use the Payzapp wallet upi id ( not Payzapp UPI ID) and make the payment. Should not make more than 5k at a time. I tried with 1k and it had worked but this is at one's own risk and these kind of transactions are not recommended at all and may lead to card blockage.
