Credit Utilisation Reporting date (to CIBIL) by ICICI

Isn't ICICI supposed to report the credit utilisation on bill generation date? I paid all the bill but 2.5K a day before bill generation and yet my utilisation was reported on 15th and was over 30%! Am I missing some info?

now reporting is twice a month or more times... once a month stopped

Now it is Month end and 15th.
Earlier it was 5 and 20th
