CRIF score shows 16, while my CIBIL score is 750 and Experian 789

Hello guys, brief background. I have never owned a credit card, nor have I taken out any loans from banks. Last month, I got an offer on the Amazon app for the Amazon Pay ICICI card. I was told to check my CIBIL score before applying. I was under the assumption that my CIBIL would be zero, but I was pleasantly surprised when, on checking my CIBIL score on the Amazon app, it showed 750. It was all due to Amazon Pay Later, which I had activated around 5 years ago and never used. So curiosity got the better of me, and in my quest to know more about credit scores, I checked Experian/Equifax/CRIF credit reports. All had healthy scores apart from CRIF, which showed 16 (an exclusion code).

My question to you experts @ Bekifaayati is: What could be the reason for CRIF not having my credit score?

P.S. I did get the Amazon Pay ICICI card. My first CC :)
