DCB Bank provides electronic payment options for the Indian market.

Mainly there are 3 ways in which you can make electronic payments with DCB Bank - RTGS, NEFT, and IMPS. Before moving forward, it's important to understand the differences between the 3 modes;

RTGS/NEFT/IMPS Transfer with IDBI Bank:

There are two ways to initiate an RTGS / NEFT/ IMPS transfer with DCB Bank:
  1. Offline submission /In Branch Request (FOR RTGS/NEFT)
  2. Mobile Banking (FOR RTGS /NEFT /IMPS).
OFFLINE SUBMISSION /IN-BRANCH REQUEST

Step 1:
Download and Complete the Form
  • Download the attached NEFT/RTGS form (in PDF format). This same form will be provided to you if you choose to initiate the transfer through an in-branch request. We have attached a copy of the same form to this post for your ease.
  • Print a clear copy of the downloaded form.
  • Fill out the form completely and accurately. How to fill up the form is mentioned below
How to Fill up the Form?
  • First of all, start by writing your branch name and select the fund transfer method (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS).
  • Now, write your name, account number, branch, type, mobile number, status, and email ID.
  • Write the beneficiary’s Bank name, branch, city, and IFS code.
  • Again, write the beneficiary's name, address, account number, account type, amount (in both words and figures), and remarks if any.
  • Recheck and write your cheque number, date, and amount in figures.
  • Separately write the amount in words.
  • You also need to mention the LEI code for amounts above Rs.50,00,00,000.
  • Now, recheck and read the terms and conditions to be sure you are going the right way.
  • Once you are satisfied, write today’s date and sign the form.

Step 2: Submit the Form at Your Branch

  • Visit your nearest DCB Bank branch.
  • Submit the completed NEFT/RTGS form along with any required identification documents to a bank teller or customer service representative.
  • Once your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to the beneficiary's account.
Mobile Banking (DCB Bank Mobile App)
  • Start by opening your DCB Bank Mobile App and log in using your password.
  • Now, click on beneficiary management and then click on the + option.
  • Click on the Accounts an IFSC option, fill in the beneficiary details as required, and add the beneficiary by clicking on Save.
  • Now, come back to the home page and click on the send money option.
  • Select your account and then also select the beneficiary account under the debit account and credit account options respectively.
  • Enter the amount and remarks if any.
  • Click on SEND MONEY. Confirm using your PIN.
  • Your money will be transferred.
