Debit cards for Wallet loads

Hi everyone, can you suggest the best Debit cards for wallet loads?
I already know about the HDFC Millenia Debit card that offers 1% on wallet loads. Any other such debit cards?

I think the millennia DC gives Cashback on wallet load, while the Platinum dc gives CB on utility payments through HDFC bill pay.
