Delay in FNF

My Friend was working in an IT company here in India, she got Laid off on 14th Feb. While in the exit discussion HR confirmed that the FNF will be reaching you within 45 days from now.

Now the FNF is getting delayed. What action she should take?

Generally, LWD and Exit Day are the same in the case of normal relieving, but sometimes both days may be different, like in the case of lay-off, termination, ATL etc.

In such cases, every LHR informs the employee about the exit plan along with Notice Payout and FNF guidelines. The same information would have been shared in your case also.

Please share the complete exit plan details shared by LHR for further help and guidance.
