Delay in hdfc top up loan disbursement

Hello everyone
I applied for hdfc home loan top up loan through sales executive around 10th july and application was registered on 16th july
Loan got apporved on 1st august and then i applied for disbursement through executive but it is still not processed,

He is giving one or other excuse everyday,
saying technical verification pending from past 5 days ,

What should I do , are their any higher authorities like RBI whom i should mail them ,
Any maild ids or contact numbers if possible

did the technical valuation / home visit happen?

Yes two times happened,

executive is saying technical verification to check all home property papers is under process from last 6 7 days

Loan is alrrady approved

2 times? there maybe a valuation concern.. speak to the RM.. Loan can take upto 2 -3 weeks.. loan approval is all conditional

Yes , once they came for normal kyc
And another time they came for house valuation, took photos of all rooms, balconies etc..

Disbursement can take 2 3 weeks ?
I have already filled Disbursement request form on 4th august,

Rm ? Sales executive guy right ?? Or anyone else you are referring to ?

I can't understand why these guys don't do this before approving loan, now if i want to cancel , will they return the fees 5900 which they took ?
