Does a change in communication address impact the credit score?

I recently applied for a new ICICI bank CC, in the application I made a typo in the communication address. I got the CC, but the communication address is also updated for all the other CC accounts (I guess this is due to Aadhar KYC).
Recently I checked my CIBIL score, it has dropped by 3 in the last month, does this change caused the drop?

New Credit - 1 Point

Not a big deal, don't worry about it.
But communication addresses get corrected from banks and credit bureaus.
