Does Niyo global visa signature debit card work internationally?

Does Niyo Global's SBM Bank Visa Signature Debit Card also have international features like their credit card? Because the card control section does not show any international card usage options specifically, such as international ATM withdrawal limits, POS limits, online transaction limits, etc. If anyone is using it or has used it internationally, please answer.

It used to work earlier for International usage but its currently allowed only for domestic usage in India and banned for all international transactions by RBI indefinitely.
