Does Rupay upi spend count on fee waiver?

I have three Rypay card
1. SBI BPCL octane rupay
2. Tata neu plus rupay
3. Indusland platinum rupay
But in the SBI ILA spend analyzer on the SBI card app it is not counting my upi spent on total spent on this card. Will it count in fee waiver condition of 2 lakh, I have spend more than that via upi but it shows 1.2 lakh spent which are the online spent. So will I get the fee waiver or not?. Because as per ILA analyzer it doesn't meet the 2 lakh spend. Expert please comment on this. Thanks in advance

it will come as spent but in spend analyser it show as respective categories like apparel, departmental stores like that. SBR spends update lately you check after 2 months with customer care

Is the normal merchant at shops will count or not? Because it is more than 2 months still not updated.

Call/ mall customer care, they will tell how much you spent.
