Dos NRV include Home Loan outstanding balance?

Banks put the criterion of NRV to open premium banking accounts and for upgrading the card. I want to know if I have an outstanding of 50 lac Home loan with a bank, will it be part of NRV for consideration of upgrading saving account or credit card?

Yes, Home Loan can be counted as part of your NRV because ultimately banks are making money of off this Loan. However it's always good to have a decent balance in your Savings/ FD to make a strong case
