Enable Credit Card bill Auto Pay without having that card's Bank Account?

Is there any way we can enable Auto Pay of credit card bills without having that card's bank account? I do pay my CC bill using Cred but also have Auto Pay setup as a backup with the respective bank. At this time I hold account with two banks just because I have their CC and I want to setup Auto Pay. I would really love to get rid of those bank accounts and setup the Auto Pay with any other way possible. I tried adding CC as billers to banks netbanking but that way we can just make one time payments. Please share an alternate way.

Just to add on to the question:
If we have enabled autopay for credit card bills and pay for it before the autopay date manually, will it still be deducted?

Nope, auto pay will not execute.
