EPFO Transfer Issue

Hi Community,

I'm having issues while trying to raise a new transfer request in the EPFO portal.
As soon as I select my previous employer's name from the drop-down, I get this pop-up.

The HR/Payroll guys are not at all co-operating on this, and this has been an ongoing issue for some time. Does any have any idea what can be done here.

Please advise.

go to epfo office.. you will need help / agent
