I tried to open SBI insta plus saving account, the moment I am entering my Aadhaar number, its showing error "Unable to communicate to NPCI", later after few minutes I am getting OTP to enter, after entering the OTP which I received, then I am getting another error " Sorry we are unable to process your request at this time, try again later!".
However, I saw some YT videos as well, they suggested to create Virtual ID from Aadhaar Portal, I've created that as well but same error I am getting.
Please suggest what to do, I am seeking the help.
