Family transactions are taxable in GST linked account?

i have GST linked current account,

my querry related to transactions between same parent members transactions are taxable?

suppose, same parent have A , B, C brothers and sisters.
A holding GST linked current account
If B transfer 45000 to A's Current account and A transfer that money to C.

These type of transactions are taxable?
