Mere Airtel fastag account se toll kat gya hai but gaddi ghr PE khdi thi...Maine airtel customer care pe contact bhi Kiya..but ohno ne bhi koi response nhi Diya and transaction genuine batayi...kya Kiya Jaye...Maine NHAI ke toll free no. 1033 pe bhi contact Kiya..ohna ne bola airtel care par baat kro..help me

Mere sath 4 times huwa same.
I complained to airtel customer care every time and they took 7 to 14 days to refund the amount.

I'm from Andhra and deduction use to happen in Mumbai, even after multiple complains Airtel couldn't fix it so I closed airtel fastag and switched to Kotak fasttag
