I applied for Federal Bank Celesta Mastercard. After that, I received a Video KYC link. However, when I connected with the agent for Video KYC, they told me that my live location PIN code and current address PIN code, which I entered while filling out the application, were different. But I am doing video KYC from my current location. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?
