Federal Bank Scapia card rejected.

Hi All,

Scapia card is rejected in app saying as bank policy, anyone know how to get Scapia card issued after this rejection?​

I just applied for Federal Bank Scapia card today in the morning but it got rejected. Don't know for what reason. I'm already having a co-branded Onecard for around 3 years and a limit of 1.9+ lac.

Can anyone suggest what can be done to get this card.

Also, Can anyone suggest any good alternatives for this scapia card at the earliest.

Sometimes, Federal Bank or Scapia rejects applications due to internal eligibility rules, location restrictions, or existing partnerships with other co-branded cards. The “bank policy” message usually indicates it’s not necessarily about your credit score but more about internal criteria.

You could try again after a few weeks or contact Federal Bank/Scapia support to get clarity, sometimes the eligibility system updates automatically after a while, and reapplying later works for many users.

If you’re looking for alternatives with similar benefits, you can check out travel or rewards-focused cards like OneCard Metal, Axis Bank Neo or ACE, HDFC Millennia, or ICICI AmazonPay cards. These usually have decent cashback or travel benefits and easy digital management similar to Scapia.

This might be an interesting info that Scapia Card doesn't approve if you already have One Card
