Brother, Based on what I understood, your end goal is to buy another property with this money, then their is No SAFE Investment Product that generates Monthly income in short-term that I know.

But if you want to invest this money for long term then you can try FDs, Senior Citizens Savings Scheme, Mutual funds, Annuity Deposit scheme, Bonds etc. analyzing your risk appetite.
