Cancellation ka reason kya h?? Non usage ya Business use. Business use hone se bank card ko reinstate nhi karegi.

Aapko invoice dena hoga. Yadi bank ko laga ki business use nhi h to he card ko reinstate karegi bank nhi to aaka sara cashback hold ho jayega aur card bhi permanently close kr degi bank.

It is clearly mentioned in card member's agreement MITC.

What were the transactions like? Did you make multiple sizeable transaction on Flipkart..most probably buying phones/electronics on Flipkart in these 3 months. If yes, then until and unless you can prove then it's for your use, your card is gone

If you send 20 phone bills invoices in 3 months then it's clearly not personal use. If you have bought different items, then it should not be much issue if it makes sense generally.
