Sabse achha tareeka hai ess problem ko twitter pe raise kro with proofs. Aur flipkart aur uske customer care handle ko tag karo. Esse hi aapka jaldi se jaldi resolve ho sakta hai

First make regular contact with flipkart over app,then post a tweet over twitter by tagging consumer forum and flipkart customer service.Then file a complaint on consumer forum at 1800-11-4000 or 1915.Then they will definitely wake up and entertain your concern.

Take the related screenshots of chat and conversation had with the flipkart customer care and complain on the online portal of consumer court. They will connect and take necessary action.

Have gone through something similar with JioMart, Got Played around for over 1.5+Months atlast my Brother Filed a Complaint in Consumer Court and Within 2 Days the Item was Picked + Refund Received the Same Day.
