I want to apply the indusland credit card for applying is it mandatory to have indusland saving account.

No if the bank isn't putting any condition on it then you can easily apply it. Generally, bank don't make it compulsory to have bank account if you want to have their credit card

It is not compulsory; bank employee is just trying to complete his target by bluffing you that you need account to open credit card.
I have Indusand credit card and do not have any savings account with them.
