Forex Card Or Credit Card with zero forex markup fee

Forex Card fee = 500 to 2000
Load charge 75 to 100 per load
Transaction charges zero

Credit Card with zero forex markup fee

Try au bank ixigo credit card. It's ltf if you apply before 31 March 2024 and provides zero forex markup

Similar is for scarpia but now it can't be issued.

If one can get 0 forex charges credit card than it eleiminates the need for a forex card.

If your requirement is International usage alone then credit card with zero forex markup fee is a better option. But there won't be any good rewards on these cards other than forex.

Scapia is currently offering zero markup fee. But note that this card is completely useless for any other usage as its rewards are not worthy to book flights or hotels.
Onecard is currently providing zero markup fee for limited time. If you already have one check in the app. Else it has a fixed markup of 1% which is also very low compared to any other regular credit cards. Apart from that this card provides offline purchase cash backs upto 21% in India.

If you want to apply for one card then go for Onecard South Indian bank credit card.
