I have applied for and RBL indian oil xtra but because of what reason my application got rejected. So can you tell me sure shot way to get that card without any rejection.

Use IndusInd Delights Debit card, this will give you 5% cashback on fuel from any petrol pumps. I don't get the hype around co-branded fuel cards, they restrict you to very selective fuel pumps which is an added inconvenience.
