Gold not being returned by jeweller

Hi guys,

So my parents had purchased a gold scheme around 15-20yrs ago from a renowned jeweller and now we want to close the scheme and withdraw all our money.
The jeweller had been dodging us past 1 year and not returning the gold or cash.

Kindly advise how we can resolve this. We are now fed up making visit to his office and making 100s of calls.
