Recently, I’ve had all my transactions on Gyftr fail, whether it's through AMEX Gyftr, HDFC Gyftr, or even directly on the Gyftr site/app. After raising a complaint, the response I received was that my order didn't pass their internal checks, resulting in the failed transaction.
When I asked for more details, they simply said that, due to internal checks, I'm not allowed to buy vouchers from their platform anymore, but they haven’t explained what triggered this or why I’ve been blocked.
Has anyone else come across this issue? Were you able to find a solution or get more clarity from Gyftr?
