Hloo my name is karan three months ago i do a fd of 1.5 lakh rupees in hdfc bank in march in exchange of a fd related credit card to build my civil score but it three months passed away hdfc employee even not apply my credit card every time i goes to branch they said come on Saturday because the employee who apply credit card is coming on Saturday but on Saturday they make another excuse please someone help me how i do in such situation very very worst service by hdfc bank and also where can i complaint this

Complain to HDFC costumer support and if costumer support don't resolve it in 30 days, then Complain to RBI Ombudsman
