HDFC Limit after some payment

Hdfc credit card available credit limit showing less even though paid some amount of it

Example
Total limit =50000
Used limit =30000
Payment done=10000
Showing available limit=20000

But it should show available as 30000
It used to show like this but for this month I noticed it is not showing like this.

I also hav HDFC CC. I also paid some amount in advance. I didn't face any such issue. You should contact Customer Care

Do you have multiple HDFC cards?

Yes other one is Rupay card virtual, whose limit is shared with the current card and on rupay card about ₹500 only is used.
