HDFC Millennia Credit Card Application

Hello Friends
On 26 Nov One of My friend who is employee of HDFC applied my Millennia Credit card as paid but I want Millennia as LTF. I'm doing all my efforts for Millennia LTF as opened FD RD and using Debit card everywhere, stopped using my other credit cards( using only at necessary place). Trying to use HDFC services as much as I can.

Now Status of My Credit Card Application
Applied on 26 Nov and Get a mail on 27 Nov-- "
Thank you for showing interest and applying for an HDFC Bank MILLENNIA CARD Credit Card.

We are delighted to have received your application; however, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to proceed with your application no."-- but next day a sms recieved as "your application is processed " .
I mailed HDFC CC they replied that my application is under review and will be informed in next 8 to 10 days.

I was planning my credit card application in March April 2025 . What should I do now?
Should I mail HDFC to stop my application process or wait for their response?
Is there any loss/drawback if I request them to stop my application.
What should I do in case of need as LTF card.
CIBIL 780.
Pre approved offer now - freedom ltf and 1 lakh personal loan.

Currently HDFC is not issuing Millennia as LTF CC no matter what you do. The best they can offer is Millennia FYF CC. If you want Millennia as LTF only then It's just a waste of time and effort.

My personal recommendation will be to try getting Swiggy HDFC or Tata Neu Infinity as LTF CC as they are currently running an offer regarding the same.
