Does anyone know if HDFC Millennia Credit Card is available for lifetime free or not?

As of now, the lifetime free offer on the HDFC Millennia Credit Card was officially listed till 31st October, but a few users have mentioned that certain branches or relationship managers are still offering it on a case-to-case basis till around 10th November, especially for salary account holders or existing HDFC customers.
That said, I can’t guarantee that the offer is still active since it often depends on your profile, income, and existing relationship with HDFC.
Anyone here recently applied after Oct 31st and got it lifetime free? Would be helpful if you could confirm.
