HDFC Moneyback, keep it or leave it?

Hello fellow beKifaaayati beneficiaries, kindly share your knowledge regarding the full potential of this card. I have been using this card since 2014 but have not used it for anything except amazon/flipkart offers.
Is it good to keep it now or shall I move to other offerings by HDFC or other banks? If yes, Why? If no, please suggest alternatives. (I have ICICI coral and SBI)
Secondly, if I close it, would it affect my credit score? As it is my oldest card in portfolio.
Thirdly, I have two active loans for my purchases on Flipkart, and I am unable to use 'foreclosure', and those are OFFUS loans. Why is it?

FYI, I also pay 500 annually for keeping this card as i do not shop.

You have been holding that card from 10years and they haven't given you an upgrade offer? What is the limit on it?

The limit is 1,30,000 and they have offered an upgrade to millennia card. For that also I have to pay annual charges and I do not see any alluring benefits.
