It is one of the worst cards from HDFC. There is no scope of upgrade with that card.

I need the Swiggy card as I have my expenses on swiggy but got the money back plus CC less than a month ago

You can't get an addon Swiggy card you have to take it with separate application from swiggy app.
And chances of getting it is slim as you recently got MB+

MB+ gives 3.33% return on Swiggy.

For spends on swiggy I always prefer axis Myzone with 120 off twice a month.
It will be same for Zomato with Axis Neo I think.
