HDFC NEU infinity card declined

Hi All,
Wanted your opinion/ views on this..
I applied for the NEU infinity card through NEU app. It got provisionally approved, video kyc completed then after 2 days got the msg that card is not approved.
I have an Equifax score of 800+ and also have 6 other cards with total limit of approx 10lkhs and usage of 30-40%.
No other HDFC cards apart from a Swiggy HDFC card which got approved last month.

Any idea why it would have got rejected?

They are limiting the issue of infinity.
If you applied for plus you would have easily get that from tata neu.

For infinity card you have to wait now for 6month and then wait for any special offer for that card else connect with any card agent if you withdraw salary of more than 50k.....
Wait and try is the only option now for infinity.
For plus you will get easily anytime.
