I had applied online to open an HDFC bank account,when I completed all the necessary steps then a reference number was created,but no video KYC was conducted.Later,I was informed via email that my application has been rejected,but they did not provide any reason for rejection.

When I tried opening an online bank account again for the second time,after completing all the steps and submitting,I am getting this error:- 'Apologies! Due to a technical issue at our end, we couldn’t process your request. Please visit the nearest branch for further assistance.'
Does anyone have any ideas???
