HDFC swiggy credit card fees

i just got my HDFC swiggy credit card . applied on november. previously it was rejected due to office address verification failed as i was at home. after sending multiple email.finally i got the card. but i forgot whether it was a LTF or FTF card for me. i contacted customer care & branch. they are unable to provide. they can provide after 3 months. i have checked on website as well.
anyone knows how can i know the fees on my card whether it's a FTF or LTF?

Activate/link your card to your Swiggy account. Swiggy will take a couple of days to sync the data. Once your card is set in the Swiggy app, you can check this details on the app itself (refer to screenshot). No need to mail anyone.

I applied on Oct and received the same month as LTF. I also had this doubt and confirmed on the Swiggy app. Since the LTF offer is valid till Dec 31st, it should be LTF only.

i contacted customer care & branch.
Contact customer care through a call at 1800 1600 or 1800 2600. Ask them for confirmation; they have all the data on how much you have spent so far and how much you need to spend to qualify for a fee waiver. When I called them last time, they confirmed that two of my cards are lifetime free, and that I have already met the fee waiver conditions for the paid card.

In your case, it is better to get a mail confirmation as they might have reversed the LTF.

I might be wrong, but I want to give a heads up on what happened with my IOCL Card. HDFC didn't charge any joining fee on the first statement. Till date, 3 statements have been generated, but they didn't charge any joining fee. I thought the card is FYF. But I see charges being levied in this month's transaction (inferred via app).

So please get an email confirmation if there are discrepancies.

Till date, 3 statements have been generated, but they didn't charge any joining fee. I thought the card is FYF. But I see charges being levied in this month's transaction (inferred via app).

So please get an email confirmation if there are discrepancies.
My is confirmand LTF no fees levied.

it's still showing activate your card in the swiggy app. i have already activated it via HDFC my cards. can i place the order in Swiggy Instamart and will be eligible for 10% CB before i can see the activated card in the swiggy app? or should i wait for the activated status to get updated in the swiggy app

It will show your cashback amount like it is on this screenshot. Ideally, it should deliver 10% cashback. But I'm not sure.

Also please be mindful that the cashbacks will be credited to your account in the next statement cycle only. To be precise, soon after a months statement is generated, you can see the cashbacks on the MyCards app highlighted in green.

You will get 10%.

You should confirm LTF status from HDFC Cards Team via email, to have a written proof, to avoid any issue in future.

HDFC charges joining fee after 90 days (i.e., 3rd statement).

Which one you have Paid Card?

i emailed them. in the email they replied it's Life time free. however in swiggy app it's showing 500 joining & annual fees. i have mailed them again with the screenshot from swiggy app
