HDFC Tata Neu Plus Add-on Card

Hi All,

My wife have a Neu Plus CC but I was unable to use it on my gpay/phonepe/neu app. So I got an add-on card for myself. Now Neu customer care says I still cant use this card on the App. Is there a workway around?
If not, is it worth to have an add-on card?

Log on your wife Tata Neu application in your device also, there the card is linked, and you can do scan and pay and if required for offline you got the add on card

This is not possible. Everytime you scan to pay, it will check for the linked number in your device. If it's not there, it will ask you to verify. Verification is also not possible without sim in the device.

Can you please mention exactly how did u apply for tata neu add on card? Cz in their add-on form Tata neu card isn't mentioned..
Coming back to the topic, Tata Neu is very buggy nd this problem often occurs, even with me, try uninstalling nd reinstallation of the app,
