HDFC Tata neu plus credit card

I had applied Tata neu plys via both tata neu app and hdfc website. I the app i was getting FYF whereas in the site i was getting LTF.
The site application got rejected but the tata neu application got approved and hence i got FYF.
Is there any way to convert it into LTF. I havnt activated the card yet.

use for 1-2 years then try your luck by contacting hdfc

Arrange some screenshots(edited) confirming that you applied for LTF CC and email them as shown in the video.
