Hope you all are doing well…!
I want to share something happen yesterday with me. My manager suddenly remove me from working on this Diwali. When I ask him why did he do that, he simply says we have bandwidth that’s why we are giving leave. But I know it well that this is not the case of bandwidth. I earlier also shared a post on this platform regarding my manager’s inappropriate behaviour. When I disagree to accept that leave he pulled me in a call with senior manager. There I asked for that I want to work then he also says that we won’t give any payout for working on this Diwali. And I accept it that okay I don’t want payout but I want to work. At last he asked my manager to take HR action against me for treating him wrong. But I use to say my words in a very decent and polite way. I also said them, if they are not happy with my work, then simply give me release from this project. I’ll look for somewhere else. When I ask for release, senior manager says here we don’t give release from project, here we only give termination. Then I ask him to mail me the same statement with same words.
I’m getting too much mentally harassed by my manager and senior manager. My last hope is this platform and you guys. Kindly please tell me what would be the consequences and what I can do to save me. What I have did is right or wrong…? Please suggest your suggestions. I’ll wait for your responses.
