I want to takeover my homeloan from an NBFC to a Nationalized Bank but Bank officials are saying that they can't do so as I took loan for Plot + Construction but I have not yet started construction of house also I have only took disbursement of plot. No further disbursement take from NBFC due to their higher interest rate.
