Home loan without income proof

Hello everyone,
I want to buy a house of 50 lakhs . I want 10 lakhs rest I have it , so please tell me if I want home loan of 10 lakhs how can I get it without income proof and how much tax I have to pay for buying this property . Also tell me the best bank with best interest rate .

What do you mean by without proof, your house is going to be collateral of home loan ..
