you can set daily limit at card level using card controls

Probably u can use swipe facility of the the bank, every bank in India has these facility to start this facility in ur existing Account. Where you choose a threshold amount for use and rest amount swipes as mode balance and the amount in the mode balance gives u interest of FD , it give u win win option in both way ....
